- Designed to evaluate the current state of your health using a functional medicine approach and create an integrative plan addressing eight areas to help you achieve optimal wellness
- Complete Physical Exam including Bioimpedance Smart Scale measurement.

- Root Health Solutions MD Advanced Biomarker Testing - In depth diagnostic panel measuring inflammation, nutrient status, expanded thyroid assessment, heart health, cholesterol and more
- The cost of labs is not included. May be billed through insurance or you can use our negotiated cash pricing through LabCorp (Evexia) or Quest (Fullscript)
- 90 -minute appointment in person with Dr. Ambrose
- Access to Root Health Solutions MD supplement store for 20% discount on supplements. The cost of supplements is not included and purchase is optional. You may shop at any supplement store.
- Super-bill provided on request to submit for possible insurance reimbursement. Services are NOT reimbursable by Medicare

Monthly Recurring Charges: $189.00 for 12 months
Services included (over the course of the first 12 months):

- Root Health Solutions MD Complete Education Series **
- Unlimited portal messaging with Dr. Ambrose
- 6 infrared sauna sessions with Fuller Yoga
- Interpretation of advanced diagnostic tests (cost of tests not included) ***
*Any additional visits will be billed separately at $400 per visit.
** Root Health Solutions MD Complete Education Series includes education on Gut Health, Detoxification, Detoxing Your Environment, Hormones, Fitness, and Stress Management.
*** Advanced Diagnostic Testing takes a deep dive into your health by using tests not typically used in conventional medicine to get to the root cause. These include advanced stool analysis, adrenal profiles, breath tests, organic acid analysis, and more.
The cost of lab tests is not included in the membership fee.
The cost of any supplements is not included in the membership fee.
I have found that most people do best with 5 visits over the course of the first year to adequately address all the areas of imbalance. After the first year, each patient may not require as many physician visits, and the monthly fee will be adjusted accordingly.
